I know there are beaches all over the world—West Coast, East Coast, Caribbean, lakefronts… but in my world, there’s nothing like the Emerald Coast. Our summer beach week is something I look forward to all year, and by the time you’re reading this, I’ll be there. This year there will be eight of us: Me, Artem, Charlie, Mom, Dad, Trent, Drue, and Ellis. My heart and mind are so ready to spend a week with my favorite people in my favorite place.
Beach trips are the best, but don’t get me wrong—they’re also a lot of work. I started packing Monday to make sure I wouldn’t forget anything! Along with my packing list, I have a list of things I need from the store, and I think you could use these for your summer vacation, too!
🥂 D’Marie Drink Mix
This is a no-brainer for beach days. Mix it up in the morning before you head out, and you’ll have perfect slushies waiting when you come back for the day. You could even mix it the night before and pack it in your beach cooler! The drink possibilities are endless, but for this trip I’ll be grabbing some margarita and piña colada mixes.
🌞 California Mango Body Lotion and Lip Balm
It’s so important to keep your skin protected and moisturized while at the beach! I’ll be using the California Mango lip balm because it has SPF in it. The body lotion is perfect after your shower to keep your newly tanned skin hydrated and, as an added bonus, smelling amazing.

Charlie has this print in the polo and I can’t wait for him to wear it at the beach! The print is precious, the bamboo fabric is cool and comfortable, and it folds up to nothing in the suitcase.
